I had a fantastic experience at Razor Edge Fades Turkish Traditional Barber in Maidenhead. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away.

It was a really hot summer’s day, and walking into the nice, cool shop was a relief. I was even offered a complimentary bottle of water as soon as I arrived, which was a lovely touch and showed how much they value their customers.

I went for the full treatment, including a bald head shave, beard trim, hot towel treatment, and they even removed the excess hair from my ears. As an added surprise, they applied some colour to my beard completely free of charge, even though I hadn’t asked for it. I was genuinely pleased with the result, and it really showed they go the extra mile to make their customers happy.

Everything was carried out professionally, with great attention to detail, and I left feeling refreshed and looking my best. It’s clear they take real pride in their work and genuinely care about the customer experience.
